When Following God Feels Like a Dead End
There's a particular kind of panic that comes with running completely dry. The bank account finally hits zero. The medical options narrow to none. The relationship reaches its absolute end. In these moments, a terrible question creeps in: What if God led me here just to abandon me?
The Israelites at Rephidim knew this panic intimately. They had followed divine guidance to a place with no water, and suddenly wondered if God's leadership had become their death sentence.
